UFN 31: Fight for the Troops 3 – What Now? (Losers’ Edition)

The best thing at this point in time for Colton Smith may be to leave the UFC. Smith is one of the great examples of the flaws of TUF, as he simply does not have the experience to really compete in the UFC yet. Smith is very likable, and can blossom into a great fighter given time to evolve in a solid camp but the UFC isn't a developmental league.While the UFC could give him another shot at lightweight, I think that could be counter productive right now.
